SMS to Zapier.

Start a Zap each time a text message comes in. Send codes to a spreadsheet, a CRM or an email.

How to set it up

  1. In Zapier, make a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Your Zapier plan must include Webhooks by Zapier.
  2. Copy the webhook URL.
  3. In SMS Webhook, open Targets, tap Add target, select Webhook and paste the URL.
  4. Tap Send test message. In Zapier, tap Test trigger to load the fields.

What Zapier gets

Zapier shows each JSON field as a separate value: from, body, otp and more.

Send only the messages that you need

Rules select the messages. Example: when the sender contains HDFC and the text has an OTP, send it to Zapier. A drop rule can stop promotions first. See the webhook guide for the template variables.
